The Challenge
Building on the already established ‘You make CDU’ creative platform, we needed to evolve the brand narrative to talk to CDU as the connected university, in line with the new strategic plan.
Despite growing environmental awareness, major eyewear manufacturers like Safilo and the industry at large have been slow to adopt sustainable practices due to perceived commercial unviability. Consumers also face challenges finding and choosing sustainable options due to limited information and high effort.
The Solution
With real students as the feature talent, we shone a light on CDU’s commitment to connecting students to the transformative power of training, education and research while enabling them to remain connected to their lives and their communities.
This campaign gave real life examples of how these connections came to life via new flexible ways of learning, welcoming students from diverse backgrounds and providing access to businesses, future employers and lecturers
A brand identity refresh was part of the campaign giving CDU a more approachable look and feel.
